If you are talking about the TV show, I believe: Nothing at all.

The big bang theory is a theory where all mass came from a infinitely small point in the void, which "exploded" and expanded until where we are now. Based on how far we can see on the "horizon" of the universe and some light spectrum technology, we have found that the universe is approxiamtely 14 billions yrs old.

The big bang theory tells us that God wasnt the one that created the world, but instead that a big boom that made all the stars and planets in place just in one boom! But this is a theory that mainly scientists like to agree on, but still in my opinion, i dont understand how this is true and real, but hey, its a theory, and thats how it all started with a "BANG".
