Germany was in massive war debt to the Entente(France, UK, Bit of America, Luxembourg, and Belgium) at the time, What took a massive toll on the Germany Economy. As well France forcing Germany to repay the war debt and keeping increasing it.

As well the Great Depression And the Wall Street Crash happened, Once Germany’s economy was starting to look good, Germany went plummeting and starting printing even more money, What made it better as toilet paper rather then a currency.
