Definitely A, B and D. This style brought in light & darkness to show depth & even though the Church still commissioned art, now rich merchant families and city-states also commissioned art which relates to A, B & D. I've read nothing about "D" - look that up specifically for a proper answer. I mean we're talking about DaVinci, Michaelangelo and Titian plus other Masters.
