Well for me it would look very modern, but it would have older themed aspects to bring in tourism and money. It would be relatively near to an airport and other built up places so that it's not out in the middle of nowhere (which doesn't attract people). It would definitely be a democracy (meaning everyone gets a say) but there would be someone in charge (who would be voted in by the public) who makes the hard decisions. Hope this helped!  :)
