In the lateral system of navigational aids, which buoy marks the channel on your port side when entering from the sea
wlad13 [49]

The end of the canal is on the left of navigational aids.

Side markers are buoys and other markers that mark the edge of a safe body of water. Green, green lights, and odd numbers indicate the end of the channel on the harbor (left) side when entering from the open ocean or sailing upstream. The number usually increases as you go upstream.

Side systems are most common with red and green buoys. The Cardinal system is used to mark safe water near danger and features yellow and black buoys. Other auxiliary devices are used to guide the Pleasure Craft operator, and special buoys provide specific information.

The "SIDE" system is the well-known RED-RIGHT-RETURN system. That is, in all navigational aids, waters returning from the sea, even-numbered red markers are on the starboard side of the channel and are marked with odd-numbered green markers. The marker is on the port (left side) side of the channel.
