Business does NOT need to be capitalized unless it's the first word in a sentence. Don't capitalize business if it's in a sentence and its not a first word in the sentence.
On email because you can send someone something on your computer in less then 3 seconds and also our society is always anxious about receiving a email or notification so email is better
