<h3>A. </h3>

It is an example of Slippery Slope, which is an argument that suggests taking a minor action will lead to major and, many times, ludicrous consequences.

<h3>B. </h3>

It is an example of Weak Analogy. It compares extremely different drugs and concludes they're all the same with no evidence to support and draws a generalized conclusion based on it.

<h3>C. </h3>

This is a  clear example of Ad Hominem, because it attacks the person and not the argument.

<h3>D. </h3>

The fallacy used here is called Red Herring. That is when you try to direct the argument to another topic. In this case, it becomes about taxing instead of if it should be legal.

<h3>E.</h3>

This one is clearly about making the premise go to the conclusion in a way that it leads back to the premise when neither have to go that way. The fallacy of Cyclical Reasoning.
