Answer

ok

Explanation:

The Number Devil might solve a problem unlike how Diane France will solve a problem.I can infer this because the Number Devil can solve math problems skillfully but, Diane France would solve it unlike Number Devil because she dose science and would be more patient unlike the Number Devil.

Answer

Both Diane France and the Number Devil are smart and clever, which might make them good at solving problems, but they would likely go about it in different ways. Diane is a scientist, so she would use science to solve a problem. On the other hand, the Number Devil would probably use math. Also, although Diane is patient and would solve a problem carefully, the Number Devil is not. Unlike Diane, he might become frustrated and eventually give up.

hope it helps :)

Which sentences contain an infinitive? Check all that apply.
Tju [1.3M]

Answer: I’m working <u>to save</u> up for some new music.

Denise likes <u>to get</u> her exercise by dancing.

Dave has <u>to walk</u> the dog every morning.

Explanation:

The infinitive in English expresses the meaning of the verb in a general way, without reference to any verbal tense.

As a rule in English grammar, when a verb is in infinitive it must be preceded by the particle <em>'to'</em>, for example, <em>'to play'</em>.

According to this explanation, only the following sentences contain an infinitive:

I’m working <u>to save</u> up for some new music.

Denise likes <u>to get</u> her exercise by dancing.

Dave has <u>to walk</u> the dog every morning.

The other sentences, although have the particle 'to' are not followed by a verb.
