The region of south america contains the continent of south america and also on the edge of Antartica. The region is made up of 12 countries. It is divided into four regions namely Brazil, North Coast, Andean Countries and the South. The North Coast consists of Columbia, Venezuala, Guyana and French Guiana. The Andean Countries are Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile and Peru. The South are Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay.  South America is the southern part of the American landmass.

Could you please put a picture of the text? But i’m pretty sure they had a big hurricane and because the city is basically bowl- shaped, the water couldn’t really get out. There was so much water coming in that the levees broke and that’s why there was so much flooding.
