<span>Historical context is the social, religious, economic, and political conditions that existed in a certain time period, so when someone refers to the historical context in a book, it still has the same meaning, analyzing historical events, in which the context can help us understand the motivations of historical figures.

Greetings!

A historical context in a book, is a context that refers to religious, economic, social, and political conditions.

Basically, it helps us to understand why people did what they did, what the consequences were, and what we can do to avoid making the same mistakes they did. Of course this would be referring to the past (history) not the present.

It can also help us to realize what motivated people to act the way they did years, decades, centuries (ago), etc.

Hope this helps!

Life is a tricky aspect that took me years of thought. I have experienced loss of some beloved people in my life,  mental stress, peer pressure, discrimination, and more. That is why I am applying to this college. I want to become someone who will be respected after i am gone.
