The speaker's father moving the mice to the edge of the field serve as a symbol in "My Father's Song" by Simon Ortiz as:

A)It represents the kindness and decency of the speaker's father, which the speaker admires.

The poem “My Father's Song” isn't about a song in the traditional sense, rather it is a song of life. The poem focuses on the values and the idea of responsibilities with growing up. Throughout the poem, symbolism has been used. The teachings of the father to his son is symbolical as these teachings form the base of universal teachings too.

Answer:

answer in the explanation. In the future, please take a better photo so that we can see the hole frame. Thanks!

Explanation:

The cool grey sky was alight with obsidian wings. Through the rustle of the mournful trees, a slight whisper could be heard from the small clearing. A collection of ghastly figures, clad in white smocks and masks, crouched there. Amid the dead grass, glass bottles, and cotton wabs, there was an air of secrecy about the group of workers. Nervous glances towards the treeline and the uncomforatble shifts of plasctic coated shoes were evident as they rushed through their work. The crows screamed in unison, almost echoing the wrath of nature towards these self proclaimed "men of science". The wind picked up, howling as they hastened the pace of their sickly blue gloves. The group hurried to collect data and samples as the darkness creeped in around them.

His confidence is transformed by the crowd’s response.

Scotty is described as being a "quavering husk...just moments before." This shows his lack of confidence and anxiety about being on stage. Once the crowd's enthusiasm and excitement for his performance reached him, it is described as "lifting him off his stool...unleashing something strong, charismatic, and fierce." This change in his demeanor shows his confidence grow in response the crowd.
