Answer:

Human activities can have an impact on natural disasters:

 • Burning activities cause global warming
 • irresponsible mining
 • Building dams
 • Fracking for oil and natural gas
 • Deforestation
 • Urban development
 • Natural wetland destruction
 • Agricultural activities
 • Hydroelectric power

These activities lead to earthquakes, floods, Avalanches, landslides

Explanation:

Irresponsible mining led to the permanent landscape modifications. because of the drilling of the salt mine beneath the lake. More than that, mining increases the occurrence of earthquakes

Building dams can cause earthquakes because of the huge water mass that applies pressure on the surface beneath.

Fracking for oil and natural gas Wastewater used in the process causes earthquakes as it cracks rocks and lubricates faults.

Deforestation People destroy vegetation that protects the topsoil and absorbs excess rainwater with its roots. As a result, high water freely spreads in the region causes floods .

Agriculture similar to deforestation, destroys the topsoil so it has to possibility to absorb rainwater, causes floods.

Urban development: all the surfaces in the town or city are covered with cement or asphalt. Naturally, these materials do not absorb rainwater so it may cause floods.

Destruction of the natural wetlands. destroy natural obstacles for water collection areas. As a result, excess water finds new ways and they all trend near or through human settlements causes floods.

Hydroelectric power is impossible without dam building. Apart from the dangers of earthquakes, dams can cause floods. The whole process of obtaining electric power through the water power plant requires a huge reservoir of water which flow is accurately regulated. Any miscalculate may lead to the catastrophe.

And many activities that increases carbon dioxide and other warm gases lead to global warming which causes many disaster.

Humans have contributed more and more to global warming by increasing carbon production in the air, dioxide emissions cause climate change. This causes sea temperatures to rise near where hurricanes are most likely to occur making them more likely to occur so hurricanes happen more often because of humans causing more destruction. Humans also start many forest fires which burn down a lot of the trees and wild life, but this also effects the ground that isn't being held together by those strong roots and sinkholes eventually collapse. So yes, humans do effect the frequency and impact of natural disasters. Hope this helps and if your feeling generous feel free to leave a rate, thanks and brainliest because it would really help me get to virtuoso and I would greatly appreciate it ;)
