Europe includes wheat, horses, sugar, cows, and pigs, while America Indians includes corn (maize), potato, beans, squash, tomato, tobacco, etc. The exchange of crops like maize and potato influenced the Europeans by getting dependent on it for diet as they were easy to grow and full of calories.
