In the Act 1, the soldier and Duncan had described Macbeth as great and brave man, which was pretty different to his persona in the Act 4, where he was planning to revenge against King Claudius and the king’s family. He remains a brave, however, in the last scene he was a bit spiteful and vindictive as he was plotting revenge against the King Claudius, whom who have killed  his father.

There are many definitions to integrity but the one that is most likely your answer is "the ability of being able to do the right thing."
