The night after the battle with the spiders, the dwarves are captured by the Wood-elves, but Bilbo escapes by using his ring. He follows them through a strong gate into the Wood-elves' underground cavern. Where the Elvenking tell's them, "After all the disturbance you have made I have a right to know what brings you here." When they refuse, he imprisons them them individually until they have learned "sense and manners"
-
Bilbo's experience with the wood-elves was different, very different, than the experience with the Elves are Rivendell
While Biblo was still frightened with the Rivendell Elves' because he's never been away from home, he was actually in danger with the Wood-elves. He wandered around the palace, lonely and scared and until he found the Wood-elves trade and found a key too get himself out of the Wood-elves trade and underground.

Which of these literary elements does F. scott fitzgerald rely upon most in the great Gatsby?

The biggest Character Tool Fitzgerald uses with Jay Gatsby in The Great Gatsby is Speech. Gatsby's effort to sound well-educated For the most part, characters in The Great Gatsby are well-educated. Their speech and dialogue reflect this education, which in turn reflects their wealth and social status. The narrator takes note, however, of Gatsby's affected speech, speech of "elaborate formalities" that borders on "absurd." It is clear to him that Gatsby must practice to sound educated and wealthy - he must practice at being a part of Daisy's world. The fact that Nick isn't fooled would suggest that others, too, are not so taken in by Jay's efforts. His transformation to a man of high society is incomplete at best, and failed at worst.

Answer:

D. Prewriting, research, writing, editing/revising, proofing, and publishing

Explanation:

The correct order of the steps of the research process is shown in option D.

 • Prewriting is the first step. This step includes coming up with ideas, organizing them, and planning the research paper.
 • Before you actually begin writing the paper, you need to do your research. That is how you get the information you'll be including in the paper.
 • Writing is followed by editing and revising. In this stage, you can correct any mistakes you've made and make some adjustments in the paper organization if necessary.
 • Proofing or proofreading is the final stage of checking a text before it is published. This is when you should correct any minor errors and inconsistencies.
 • Publishing is the final stage of the research process. When you publish your research, you make it public.
