A prison is a place where criminal convicts are sent to serve out their court sentences based on the criminal acts they committed and were convicted for.

The question is, is a prison a rehabilitation center at all?

55% of people who come out from prison still go back to prison because they were not rehabilitated at all and when they come out, they turn back to crime.

How can this be changed? By actually rehabilitating these people, of which a good number are first-time offenders who would want to lead honest lives.
