3. Feel like you had accomplished something to make yourself not think and no worries.
4. Have water by your bed.
5. Listen to asmr, or nothing with words just sound.
6. Don’t look at your screen if intending to listen to asmr or music with no words, if you feel comfortable with words then you can.
7. If you don’t wanna listen to anything start counting or if you have anything exciting or anything that you would love to have or dream about start thinking about it and you’ll get tired just thinking about it, it will eventually turn into a dream.
8. No light.
