There are many county governments in Georgia that use a commission form of government, but there really aren't towns or cities using the commission system in the pure sense.  

In Georgia, a person can distinguish between a city and town by looking at the city or town’s charter.
As the New Georgia Encyclopedia points out, there is no distinction in Georgia law between cities, towns and municipalities.  The only legal difference between a city and a town is that one filed its charter for incorporation as a city and the other did so as a town.
