The American with Disabilities Act still remains unfair today. More than 40 million people today suffer from one or more illnesses that cause them to have an unequal opportunity in the workplace. The author includes a part two to the section to further explain his claims and to get the reader to understand better. Today, there are still as many people with disabilities with unfair employment opportunities.
