Habla Espanol! No hables ingles! What form of speech is this? Who is the speaker talking to (tu or usted)? How can you tell?

Si esta hablando con un "usted" es formal. Como maetros y proffesores. Cuando uses "tu" es familiar. Un ejemplo es con amigos y familia.

Es tu, la conjugacion terminada en s en hables lo delata... si fuera usted, seria No hable ingles. Es imperativo.
