    As a representative of pop art, his work valued the real, everyday items transformed into art, different from modern art, which expressed a parallel world, the artist's abstract vision. This did not happen in pop art, everything was easily recognized.

    Lichtenstein's work conveyed exactly the style of comics, working with bold colors, contour marking, and techniques such as pointillism to recreate the reticules of the printed comics.
