Describe the distribution of active volcanoes, earthquake epicenters, and major mountain belts

Looking at the positions of most if not all volcanoes, earthquakes, and major mountain belts, they are distributed mainly around the tectonic plate boundaries.
This is because the boundaries push further away, move closer together, and slide against each other (convergent, divergent, transform), thus creating either mountains, volcanoes, or earthquakes.

The distribution of the volcanoes, earthquake epicenters, and major mountain belts are distributed in close proximity of the borders of the tectonic plates.

Most of the active volcanoes nowadays are found at the so called ''Ring of Fire'' which is practically the border of the Pacific Tectonic Plate.

The earthquake epicentres are not found at only some specific place, but they are found everywhere where there's border between two or more tectonic plates, it doesn't matter do they collide, move away from each other, subduct, the earthquakes will be there.

The major mountain belts are found on places where tectonic plates of pretty much the same density collide, so instead of some of them to go and be subducted, they push against each other and lift the area up.

Which countries in south asia have capitals that are centrally located
Katena32 [7]

Answer:

Bangladesh

Nepal

Explanation:

There are eight countries that fall into the region of South Asia. Out of these eight countries, only two have centrally located capitals. Those two countries are Bangladesh and Nepal. Bangladesh's capital is Dhaka, and it is located in the central part of the country. It is the most populated city in the country, and it is also one of the places in the world with highest population densities. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal. Nepal doesn't really have a shape so that a city can be far away from the borders, but if we look at it in a longitudinal manner, its capital comes to be in the central part of the country. It is by far the most populated city in the country, and it is the political, economic, cultural, administrative center.

The biome receives the greatest amount of solar energy during the spring

and summer months

Explanation:

A biome may be defined as that community of plants as well as animals that have a common characteristics in the surrounding or the environment in which they live. They are the biological communities formed as a result of the physical climate they share.

The Arctic biome of the earth is located above the 66° north latitude. This region is home to various low growing plants and herbs. They only flourish in the spring seasons and the summer months. This is because this biome receives maximum amount of solar energy during the summer and the spring months. Rest of the year is covered with snow.
