Read the excerpt from Martin Luther King Jr.’s "The American Dream” speech. America is essentially a dream, a dream as yet unful
filled. Now read the excerpt from Governor George Wallace's inaugural address. Freedom was won at a hard price, and if it requires a hard price to keep it . . . we are able . . . and quite willing to pay it. Which statement explains why the two excerpts present conflicting views?
C or The first states that the American dream of freedom and equality has yet to be realized, while the second states that freedom and equality have already been achieved.
You don't give me statements to choose from but I can write something down to explain it. Martin Luther King Jr. and Governor George Wallace both had the same Ideas just in different view points If you look at the experts closely enough and compare them there is no difference really between dreams and freedom is there just how hard it is to reach it and how wiling we are to pay for it.<span />
Show them it's not anything to fear and learning something new can be fun and exciting maybe reward them at the end so when the method is introduced they'll be willing and excited.
