What can you do to stifle derision of another student?

English

ira [324]3 years ago

I believe that you should definitely set your own example by not laughing or deriding that other student. If they do something wrong, you shouldn't laugh at them or mock them, but rather try to help them. What you can do as well is ask that other student nicely to stop deriding other students because of a mistake they may have made.

Answer:

The group who has gathered is humbled by the soldiers' bravery.

Explanation:

In these lines, Lincoln talks about the feelings that the audience has when it comes to the location that they are in. The audience is gathered at Gettysburg, where Lincoln is giving a speech intended to honour those who died in this battlefield. The president uses repetition and words such as "dedicate," "consecrate" and "hallow" to talk about this ground in order to convey the importance of the fallen soldiers and the impact that their bravery causes on the audience.

lianna [129]

At the performance tonight, I am going to perform a jazz piece that I choreographed myself.

Myself belongs to the family of the objective pronouns along with yourself, himself, herself, ourselves and themselves. They are object pronouns that are used when the subject and the object are the same noun.  In this case the subject is I so that the correct reflexive pronoun that collocates with that subject is undoubtedly myself.
