I think it's

God as caretaker - Gave thee clothing of delight (since he cares enough to give you clothing)

God as artist - Did he smile his work to see (since he feels delight in his creation like an artist in the romantic era would)

God as powerful - Could frame thy fearful symmetry (fearful = power)

God as creator - Gave thee life, and bid thee feed (giving life = creator)

This is just my understanding of the question, it doesn't necessarily have to be 100% correct, but I hope I helped.

jeka94
Hello,

I feel that the yellow fever epidemic was such a devastating time. The yellow fever caused many people to lose the lives leaving behind orphaned children to be put into over crowded orphanages.

Not only, the affects of yellow fever had horrible side effects. As stated in the text, “spewing streams of vomit black with digested clots”. The effects of catching yellow fever was dangerous and usually led to death. The extreme temperatures led to a high population of mosquitoes which must have carried the yellow fever.

If you have any questions I will answer them the to the best of my abilities.

Have a great day,
