How did Henry Johnson ward off a German attack of a listening post he was manning, eventually killing four German soldiers?
rjkz [21]

Henry Johnson ward off a German attack of a listening post when:

Answer  = ' Used his rifle as a club and also stabbed German soldiers with a knife'

Basically, he used his rifle as a club, until his stock of bullets ended. He would've stopped fighting but saw German soldiers grabbing his friend, and pulled out his knife to fight until his last breath. After fighting, and killing, some German soldiers with only one blade, the German soldiers left ran back into the night.

Monk’s Mound in Cahokia is an enormous earthwork very near to the Mississippi River. What do archaeologists believe it was used
Alex Ar [27]
Monks Mound is the largest prehistoric structure in the Americas and the largest pyramid north of Mesoamerica. It covers 16 acres with 4 platforms with ceremonial structure at the top. This makes it approximately the same size at its base as the Great Pyramid of Giza (13.1 acres / 5.3 hectares). Its base circumference is bigger than the Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacan. As a platform mound, the earthwork supported a wooden structure on the summit. It’s believed to have been a temple or chief’s residence. Since Mississippian society revolved around the mound network, archaeologists believe that the central, and largest mound would have belonged to a societal leader.
