Common Sense is a pamphlet that was written by Thomas Paine; one of the Founding Fathers of the Declaration of Independence as well as a writer and philosopher. Common Sense discussed the government in Britain and how the King himself was a tyranny to the colonists. The Parliament was not to be blamed, but the King himself who could make all the decisions. Common Sense encouraged colonists to rebel against the King and Britain in order to gain their independence instead of following orders by Britain. Basically, he swayed the public opinion to think for themselves and not to be under control of the King.

The Jungle was a book about Busch Gardens. true or false
Radda [10]

False.

The Jungle book was certainly not about the Busch Gardens.

Instead, it was about the conditions of immigrant workers who had to go through working in factories in the early 1900s. In The Jungle, the book exposes these harsh conditions and included graphic details, which shocked the public.

Why was Koremastu and others forced to go to an internment camp
Tanya [424]

Koremastu and other Japanese Americans were put into internment camps because Japan attacked the United States at Pearl Harbor and this triggered a huge anti-japanese movement in the USA. The internment is considered to have resulted more from racism than from any security risk posed by Japanese Americans. Those who were as little as 1/16 Japanese and orphaned infants with "one drop of Japanese blood" were placed in internment camps.

Simple Answer: Because they were Japanese.
