<u>1. High levels of productivity</u>. For any organisation to birth and increase to its maximum output, it need individuals manning the various workstations to have the skills needed in order to get the job done. In this way, time will not wasted in trying to figure out of machinery works for instance. The more skilled employees the more efficient and sufficient the workplace is.

<u>2. Increased Innovation. </u> Worker who have the necessary skills and requirements spend less time worrying how they will accomplish a given task. This, in turn, allows them to open their minds and think of better ways of getting the job done. As a result a skilled worker will come up with more creative and innovative ways to problem solving and task management due to the confidence they have from possessing the skill to work in a certain field rightfully.

<u>3. It saves money</u> This is probably the most important of all the 3 points.

Workers who have very little knowledge about what do to when given a task generally tend to cause a lot of errors.  It doesn't matter what or which organisation it is, the errors caused in the workplace cost money and could even hurt customer relations if they are not detected and remedied on time.  Having a skilled workforce will aid to reduce the amount of errors caused and even help customers satisfied by extension

To work those machines electricity was required. If there's no electricity the machines won't work so the labour won't be able to perform. Therefore, more than a skilled labour electricity was required to begin the work.
