How does the gender pay gap impact you , your community in the world?

Nowadays, there is little to no pay gap between men and women. I have personally been affected by it though, My mother works for Kr***r and she had worked for over a year and she still is not a full-time employee. This may be due to the gender pay gap you mentioned or due to Kr###r being comprised of Je rk$.
