Alright, so you probably pulled a muscle or vein. But it does take A WHILE to heal. This has happened to me last year and this year. You just have to wait about 3 days. I will message you to see if I've found any information that can help you out.

This may be too late but it sounds like a heel spur or plantar fasciitis. I am a nurse so I suggest you have your mom use sports tape and tape the back of your heel and the arch of your foot. The tape should wrap around the back of you heel towards the front of your foot and then another piece under your foot pulling up towards the top of your foot to help support your arch. It's happened to me many times before and that is what the foot doctor would do. You should also rest and ice your heel to help reduce any internal swelling. There are also stretching exercises you can do everyday to help alleviate the pain and the recurrence of the flare ups. Take a can or water bottle and put it on the floor. Roll it back and forth with your foot. It will help stretch the tendon that gets inflamed. There are a couple more exercises that you can do, just google plantar fasciitis therapy exercises and it should come up.

Hope this helps!
