<span>The correct answer is option D. i.e. ounce. Because ounce is a unit of measurement of mass where all the other options are the units of measurement of volume i.e. liter, gallon and cup. Thus, ounce is the odd one out and doesnt belong here.</span>

Can u help me solve for x in this equation please?
Usimov [2.4K]
To solve for x means to put x on one side, and everything else on the other side.

Let's do that:

-ax+4b\ \textgreater \ 9

-ax \ \textgreater \  9-4b
And now we have to divide with -a.
Be careful: When dividing with anything that's negative, you have to reverse the inequality.
x \ \textless \   \frac{9-4b}{-a}

Final solution:
x \ \textless \   \frac{4b-9}{a}

Can someone explain to my why sin(90)=1
ivann1987 [24]
On the unit circle: the end of the terminal side of a 90 degree angle is (1,0) where 1 is the value of sin(90°) and 0 is the value of cos(90°)

On the graph of sine: 90° = \frac{ \pi }{2} radians. if f(x) = sin(x) in radians, f(\frac{ \pi }{2}) = 1/2
