But getting the proteins, fat, and other vitamins from them is very important for your body. It's almost like getting sunlight, without, your body gets weaker, and you could contract illness. But the same could be said about eating meat. If the meat is spoiled, cooking it would steal mean it isn't safe to eat and you should dispose of it properly via trashcan.
