Popular vote is the amount of people voting, so its basically the direct vote the candidate receives. Electoral college is what we use in the U.S to elect presidents. So basically you cast your vote, and that vote goes to the electorate, the candidate that gets the most electoral votes, wins. Hope I helped!

Answer:

1.Each state is allowed a certain number of electors equal to the number of its senators and representatives combined. Political parties submit a slate of electors (electoral college) pledged to vote for the candidate of that party. The candidate who wins the vote in a state wins all that state’s electoral votes, regardless of the popular vote.

2.The Supreme Court has the power of judicial review; it can interpret the Constitution. In original jurisdiction cases, the Supreme Court hears cases that haven’t been tried by lower courts. Most often the Court hears appeals to previously tried or disputed cases. This is appellate jurisdiction.

Answer:

Genetics affect almost everything about you.

Explanation:

Hi there,

Genetics influences what sort of traits you will inherit from your parents, regardless of good or bad traits. For example, your appearance can be similar to other family members since your genetics is derived from your parents and older relatives. Genetics also influence other things about you such as the diseases you may have or your life expectancy. While genetics influences the physical aspects about you, it does not have direct influence over who you are as a person.

Hope this answer gives you a good idea about genetics. Feel free to follow up with some questions.
