Answer:

Rahul was waiting for the train when he heard a huge roar of thunder which sent a chill down his spine.  He glanced over his shoulder and saw the dark clouds were nearly above his head.  He looked down the train track.

Finally, as the clouds continued creeping closer, Rahul could finally see the train, making its way over the hill in the distance.  Rahul said a silent prayer under his breath that the train would arrive before the storm did.  After all, the storm was basically right above him.  At last, just as the rain started to pelt Rahul’s back and head, the train doors opened. Rahul was eager to jump aboard, but an arm reached out before he could get onboard.  The conductor, with his firm voice, said, “the track is flooded up ahead.  You can’t board this train.”

Rahul was now soaking wet, so he made his way back into the train station to see when the next train would leave.  That is, if the flood on the tracks dried up.

After school, I looked for books about Mars. (I need help finding the Adjective Phrase please)
iris [78.8K]
“About Mars” is the Adjective Phrase.

Adjective phrase describes “what kind of which ones”

So for example here

“After school, I looked for books about Mars.”

“About Mars” describes the kind of books so that makes it an Adjective phrase.

I hope this helps.
