Answer: The correct answers are 1) Endocytosis and 2) Receptors are specific for the cells.

White blood cells are specialized cells of the immune system. They play important role in protecting body from foreign agents like bacteria . For this, they recognize the bacteria and forms a covering around it, pinching off the vacuole. By this, the cell performs a process called as Endocytosis ( specifically phogocytosis).

The receptors present on the white blood cells are quite specific. Due to this, they recognize specific foreign particles. For example B- cells produce antibodies which bind to specific antigens ( foreign protein) and therefore mount specific immune response. In other words, specific foreign particles are recognized by specific white blood cell. This indicates that the receptors on these cells are specific.

Thus, the correct answer is 1) Endocytosis and 2)  Receptors are specific for the cells.

Answer:

The correct answers are endocytosis and the receptors are specific for the cells.

Explanation:

The white blood cells are the unique cells of the immune system. They perform an essential function of safeguarding the body from foreign agents like bacteria. In order to do so, they identify the bacteria and produces an envelope around it, pinching off the vacuole. With the help of this, the cell performs a procedure known as endocytosis.

On the white blood cells, the receptors found are very unique, as because of them they identify the particular foreign particles, like B cells generate antibodies that combines with the particular antigens, and thus, impart specific immune response. Or it can be said, that specific foreign component is identified by the unique white blood cell, which shows that the receptors on these cells are unique.

Together with the Moon, Venus and Mars are the planets nearest to the Earth. All of these celestial bodies are continuously held captive to the sun by the effect of gravity; the bodies are continually forced to orbit the sun as the central body in elliptical orbits. Mars
Mars Close Approach to Earth

Simply go outside and look up and, depending on your local weather and lighting conditions, you should be able to see Mars. That is the point in Mars' orbit when it comes closest to Earth, this time at about 38.6 million miles (62.07 million kilometers) from our planet. 24.8 million miles
Venus is closest to Earth at its inferior conjunction. The smallest distance this can be today is just under 24.8 million miles (40 million km). Their orbits rarely make this happen, but there is such a close approach in January 2022. Also, The Moon
A huge system of stars is called a galaxy. The Moon is the closest celestial body to our Earth. Earth is the third nearest planet to the Sun. Planets do not have their own heat and light.
