Hello there!

More than half a million men and women from Michigan served in the military. It was one of the most important states during the war.

During world war two "613,543 Michiganders served in the armed services".

Michigan companies produced 4 millions engines and 200,000 mobile units.

5000 Italian and German prisoners of war worked on fields and food.
