Slightly uncertain of what you are asking, but you could use hand signals. You could also use sound recordings as well. Try to focus on physical senses, maybe you could even utilize food if your looking for odd ways to communicate symbols. Sign language and morse code might also be interesting to think about. I'm not sure what this is for, but I hope it helps!
