Answer:

Personally Responsible: Personal responsibility also known as individual responsibility focuses on the idea that a person has the ability to set clear goals that can be attainable and then manage these goals to a successful completion. Thus personal responsibility encourages people to take charge and be responsible for their actions whether they succeed or not. Because a person is responsible for his or her actions, they can be held morally accountable for them or legally liable for them.

Actively Participates: Active participation refers to a way or style of working  which supports a person's right to actively participate in activities and relationships of day to day life independently. When an individual actively participates in activities, it helps build up their self identity and self esteem.

Addresses the Root of the Problem: Addressing the root cause of a problem first entails identifying the root causes and faults of the problem. In sciences and engineering the root cause analysis RSA for short identifies and describes the problem , determines a timeline from when the problem started or happened, then separates the root of the problem from other factors or problems and finally establishes a casual graph between the root cause and the problem.

The hook: A hook is an opening statement or sentence in an essay that tries to capture the attention of readers to make them want to read on to the end. There are different types or styles of hooks which include a question, a quote, statistic or an anecdote.
