Are the solar absorbers a better way of getting electricity than oil, gas, and coal?
Neko [114]
Solar absorbers are better for the enviroment, therefore they're better in the long run. We will eventually run out of oil and coal, as they are fossil fuels. But the sun won't stop shining for millions of years.

I need help writing a 10 line metaphor poem about how life is like a rainstorm. PLEASE HELP!!
garik1379 [7]

Life is like a rainstorm,

sometimes it may lightly sprinkle down

or it can be   a raging storm, and it may feel as if you could drown.

But, eventually, the sun will come around

and you will no longer have a reason to  frown.

Write a paragraph (5-7 complete sentences) that compares how the structures of “Gumption” and “To Build a Fire” create meaning.
Black_prince [1.1K]
I actually just did this as a project for my English class. Basically, they both create meaning by telling you of the struggles they went through. In "gumption" Oyster and his boy are dealing with racial injustice. In "to build a fire" he is challenged with surviving in the wilderness in the middle of winter. (hope I helped)
