Communists reject private property while fascists do not.

Explanation:

The communists and the fascists in theory should be very different from one another, but in practice it turned out that they are more similar than different. This could be seen in the fact that both had totalitarian rulers that were ruling by iron fist, the violence was the prime method for solving problems, the political opponents were imprisoned or eliminated, and the freedom of speech was non existent. Economically speaking though, there was one major difference, with the communists rejecting private property, while the fascists did not opposed it.

The communists embraced the command economy. Practically the communist governments controlled all of the economy, the production, planning, and quality of it. The fascists, on the other hand, didn't had anything against private property, so the majority of the economy was run by private businesses. The main condition that the fascist governments had for the private businesses was that they are obliged to collaborate and help the interest of the country when in need.

Countries that were fascist were:

  • Germany
  • Japan
  • Italy

Countries that were communist were:

  • Soviet Union
  • Cuba
  • Vietnam
  • China

Answer:

18. Monetary policy in the United States comprises the Federal Reserve's actions and communications to promote maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates--the economic goals the Congress has instructed the Federal Reserve to pursue.

21. Companies generally decide to outsource the production of goods and services if they think it can save them money and, by doing so, increase company profits. The most frequently cited example of this has to do with labor costs. Companies might outsource and/or offshore to a country that has lower labor costs. Job outsourcing helps U.S. companies be more competitive in the global marketplace. It allows them to sell to foreign markets with overseas branches. They keep labor costs low by hiring in emerging markets with lower standards of living. That lowers prices on the goods they ship back to the United States.
