The name of the event when SC seceded from the Union, but then
andrezito [222]

Answer:

Nullification crisis.

Explanation:

The American Revolutionary War was a war of independence of the United States of America that was fought between the 19th of April, 1775 and 3rd of September, 1783. The war started when the delegates from the thirteen (13) American colonies in Congress (First continental congress) revolted against the Great Britain over their lack of representation in the colonies and refusal to give consent to parliament's taxation such as Stamp Act and Townshend Acts.

The Declaration of Independence was written by President Thomas Jefferson to record the proclamation of the Second Continental Congress which declared American Colonies free from Great Britain.

Basically, the Declaration of Independence is a public Act through which the American Colonies were legally declared free from Great Britain by the Second Continental Congress on the 4th of July, 1776. It was signed by the 56 delegates at the Second Continental Congress.

Nullification crisis is the name of the event when South Carolina (SC) seceded from the Union, but then returned since no one joined them.

Alexxandr [17]
Well first of all, the Constitution can be interpreted in many different ways just like any other passage that you might read. These interpretations change over time based on events that happen and society changing. For example the Second Amendment has the possibility of being repealed in the near future because of public shootings.
An amendment is the only way to change the Constitution and they are formal as I'm pretty sure that both houses of Congress-the Senate and the House of Representatives- has to agree to the change.

As much as the government has plausible for doing it so, as we look back at the history of terrorist attacks, the government would argue the indefinite detention without, considering it aa form of prevention. If we know the human rights we will realize the most viable and obvious argument for being against that type of detention is the violation of national and international laws about the individual liberties. That's when there is no evidence of crime and when the individual does not represent national threat. It may be controversial the way government tries to deal with issues like that, but international organizations has made very clear their points about
