The fourth amendment listed in the United States Constitution focuses on prohibiting unreasonable searches and seizures without a warrant (warrant must have a reasonable reason to conduct search). Of course, the warrant must specify what they are searching and are trying to seize. For example, law enforcement authorities search your home for illegal guns, but instead they found stolen money and etc. You are breaking the law, but they can't arrest or seize you for that because it was not listed on the warrant. If they seize that item without having it properly listed on a warrant, the courts does not count the evidence as lawfully obtained and the charges are drop.

Identify problems that represent the common labor movement demands
natka813 [3]

Common labor union demands were reduced working hours, avoiding oppression of workers and ensuring a safe work environment.

Explanation:

Sweatshops and dark textile industries proved to be the unsafe place for the workers. Many laborers were compelled to work for long hours which made them suffer physically due to heavy exhaustion. People who refused to work were put on punishments based on false allegations.

Such exploitation paved way for the protests of the workers. Many strikes and labor riots were seen on streets based on the wage cuts and unequal payment of wages. Based on the ethnicity and racial disparity also people were oppressed.
