Yes, it is a soap opera, but a prime time one that airs at night and handles more heavier stuff. But Grey's anatomy, Private Practice, Desperate Housewives, etc. are basically soaps.

But he wanted representatives to be only men of property and business.The purpose of government, Locke wrote, is to secure and protect the God-given inalienable natural rights of the people.
