That meant the distance between Spain, where Columbus would begin his voyage, and his intended destination in Asia was about 15,000 miles, a journey no ship built in 1493 could possibly make.

However, equality doesn’t mean equity because there are times that a President should really look on the matters that the people needed. In budgeting, we should list down our top to the least priorities and from there we can set where our taxes (money) will go. Thinking not just for the majority of the population but for keeping ALL the people in mind can help the President be re-elected.
