Union defeats Confederacy in decisive battle.

The Union Army, lead by Ulysses S. Grant, defeated the Confederate Army, lead by Robert E. Lee, on April 9, 1865. This battle was one of the last opportunities for the Confederate Army to make a stand against the Union. However, with this defeat, the Civil War looks like it will be coming to an end sooner rather than later. Thanks to a recent string of Union victories, the Confederates are running out of supplies, resources, and time.
