Louis Jolliet was a French-Canadian explorer of North America, especially of the current Quebecois territory.

4- John Cabot was a Genoese merchant, navigator and explorer considered one of the first Europeans of modern times to arrive in 1497 to the continental part of North America, at the service of the English crown.

Francis Drake was an English corsair, explorer, slave trader, politician and vice admiral.
