For human cost we lose soldiers which can sisters, brothers, fathers, mothers, for economic it puts big debt because people lose jobs and lose money, and for political it can be a positive or negative output.

I’m not entirely sure but I think that the higher a person’s economic class was (wealthier and had a higher social status) the more privileges they were given. They would be treated with more respect and people would be more likely to listen to them.
