Answer: Thought-controlled cars could be a safety concern because the driver is just one distracting thought away from a crash. So, engineers are working with software experts to equip cars with cameras, sensors, radar, and computer "brains" that allow them to get from place to place on their own, with very little input from a human driver.

It’s the Congress who keeps an eye on the President’s decision and can decide, which is usually in favor of the majority.
