Th most positive impact of NOW and other women's organization is providing women an opportunity to change how society works allowing women to fully participate in society, so that they close the gender gap in terms of education, politics, employment, and are considered equal of men.

The National Organization for Women (NOW) was established in 1966 aiming to take action to give way to equality for all women. NOW’s actions have helped put women in political posts; increased educational, employment, and business opportunities for women.
