I ask myself, what am I going to do with all these winter clothes I have? I’m going to live in Puerto Rico for a couple of years but then return to Montana and I’m going to need them. I really like sweaters and I have a whole lot of them. I don’t want to give them away but I don’t want to leave them. I’d rather take them with me but I don’t have a place for them. I think Puerto Rico is hotter than Montana in summer, but it’s clear that there is no place where winter is colder than Montana. I’m going to die from the heat! I’m not use to it. But I know I’m going to really like it. I want to get to know all of island.

Hope this helps!

I have a question, what am I going to do with all of the cloths from winter that I have? I am going to live in Puerto Rico for a few years but after I return in Montana I am going to need them. I like the sweaters a lot and I have a lot of them. I do not want to give them away or leave them. I prefer to wear them but I do not have space. I think that Puerto Rico is more hot than Montana in the summer, but of course, there is no winter as cold as in Montana. I'm not used to it. But I know that I'm going to like it a lot. I want to know the whole island.

How would you explain the definition of “cognates” when talking about language.
PolarNik [594]
I would choose C) Cognates are words that share the same background and are similar in spelling.

This is because I've learned in my Spanish class that a cognate is a word in a language (i.e. spanish) looking similar and having the same meaning of a word in another language (i.e. English)
